Learn how change really happens and lose your weight permanently!

Change is hard. I know. I've spent the last twenty five years helping people lose weight. I'm Letha Brandenburg, owner of The Healthy Weigh. During the nine week workshop, I'll provide you with what I call, "the missing piece of the puzzle". This information will help you make permanent changes to keep your weight off for life.

The principles I'll teach you may be applied to any unhealthy thought process or belief system in every area of your life.

Learn how change really happens:

  • how to permanently change your beliefs so that changes will last for life
  • how personal responsibility has everything to do with permanent weight loss
  • how feeling your feelings is a key to eliminating emotional eating
  • how achieving permanent weight loss isn't rocket science, but it is a science
  • how obesity is not just a physical problem, but a spiritual problem that has physical effects
